True Universal Care - Your Toolkit for Self-Care

Join authors Kerrie Cox and Yasmin Lang, along with APMA CEO Renee, for a discussion about self-care. APMA are proud to bring you this special event for National Carers Week 2021.

There are 3.4 million people in Australia living with chronic pain, and we think there are a million reasons to stop, say thank you and offer something to the 2.65 million carers in Australia. This year’s National Carer’s Week theme is “Millions of Reasons to Care”, and we couldn’t agree more.

To join the talk and learn some self management strategies to add to your toolkit, please email info@painmanagement.org.au for zoom details.
