Impact of Endometriosis on Women's Lives (study)

Endometriosis is a chronic condition that can impact on many aspects of a woman's life, but to date most research has only explored the immediate impacts. Researchers are developing the Endometriosis Impact Questionnaire (EIQ) to capture reliably the breadth of impact on physical, psychological, social, and emotional well-being during the whole course of the disease. In order to test and validate the EIQ, they are inviting women with endometriosis to fill out this questionnaire through this link.

Please note the questionnaire needs to be completed in one sitting and saved by pressing "submit" on the last page. This usually takes between 15-30 minutes.

Your valuable participation will contribute towards better understanding of the impact of endometriosis on women's lives and to better meet the needs of women with this condition. Please be assured that all responses are strictly confidential and anonymous and cannot be traced to a respondent. This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committees of the Australian National University and ACT Health.
