Chronic Lower Back Pain Survey - UniSA

Do you have, or have suffered from chronic low back pain? Researchers from the University of South Australia are conducting an online survey to find out about your experiences of pain and healthcare and would really appreciate your assistance.

Do you have chronic low back pain? Or have you visited a doctor due to chronic low back pain during the past 2 years but have now recovered?
If you are aged 18+ years, live in Australia and have either had:

  • Low back pain (LBP) on most days for at least 3 months (chronic LBP), or
  • Had chronic LBP that led you to see a doctor in the past 2 years but have now recovered ... we would like you to complete an online survey.

Click this link to take you straight to the survey, or contact the principal investigator for information: [email protected].
