Medical procedures for pain management

There are a number of pain relieving procedures which may be performed, where appropriate, involving injections. The following patient information sheets were prepared by the Faculty of Pain Medicine, and are reproduced with permission of the Faculty. Each sheet provides further information on the particular procedure.

You should note that not all information will apply to your situation, and you should discuss your individual circumstances with your treating doctor.
